Our Hospital to Rehab, Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care or Home Transportation Coverage benefit covers up to $500 for non-emergency ground transportation when ordered by your physician, so you can get to the next stage of your recovery safely and without the financial strain of paying for the transportation.

If your physician orders non-emergency ground transport to a rehabilitation center, skilled nursing facility, long-term care facility, or hospice, MASA helps ease the financial burden by covering up to $500 of the cost.
