At MASA, we understand that the ins and outs of emergency transportation protection can be confusing. We’ve compiled answers to the most frequently asked questions — from how our membership plans work to what to do during an emergency. Common MASA member portal and app questions

Click on “Members” at the top right corner of the header. Follow the steps on the “Member Log In” page to register online.

If you’re having trouble logging in, try to reset your password. If you are still having trouble, please call MASA MTS at 1-800-643-9023.

If you’ve already created your member login, try to reset your password by clicking “Forgot Password?” below the login box. After following the prompts, you will receive a reset email. Follow the link and instructions in the reset email you receive and choose a new password. Remember to check your junk/spam folder if you can’t find the email in your inbox.

If you are still having trouble or are having trouble creating a member login, please call MASA at 1-800-643-9023.

To update or add an address, log in online or send us the change in writing to one of the methods below. Don’t forget to include your member number.

To update your profile, log in to our online member portal, email us at info@masaglobal.com or call us at 1-800-643-9023. To update your billing information, call 1-800-643-9023 and have your member number ready.

Your MASA member ID number can be found on your welcome email and is also located on your MASA plan card. If you are unable to locate it, please call us at 1-800-643-9023.
