Common MASA payment and upgrade questions

The amount due can be paid using your bank account or credit card. Monthly membership plans are automatically deducted from your account every month.

The best way to upgrade your MASA membership plan is to reach out to your sales agent directly for more information. If you do not have your sales agent’s information, call MASA directly at 1-800-643-9023.

The easiest way is to log in and follow the prompts for membership plan renewal. We will also mail you a renewal notice that you can send back with your payment. Otherwise, you can call us directly at 1-800-643-9023. Just be sure to have your member number available.

If you checked the box for auto-renewal on the membership plan application, it will renew automatically. If you would like to make any changes to your choice, please send your requested changes in writing to one of the contact points below.
